While my sister was in the neurology ICU, I was faced with a decision no one wants to make. I received information from a variety of medical personnel but the ultimate decision is almost impossible to make for someone who can't speak for themselves. Veronica was very helpful in helping me make a decision I think was the best for my sister. The next day when I was struggling with anxiety and guilt, Veronica came to my rescue and helped me focus on reality which made me feel less anxious.
