Please accept this small token of our appreciation for the wonderful care you gave our Daddy, Grandfather and "Cowboy Fred", as all the kids called him! Your compassion, your care and your medical expertise were amazing. You always included our family and let us know exactly what was happening during every stage of Daddy's time with you. Losing him has left a huge void in our lives, but we were blessed with fabulous memories and the knowledge that he touched so many lives. Thank you for your kindness and for treating Daddy with so much dignity. May you be richly blessed and continue to serve others.
