Veronica Harvey, RN

From the time she entered the room, she was a ray of sunshine. Her attitude and demeanor was uplifting and a much needed pick me up. I’ve been here for 6 days straight, morning and night, and Mom is getting cranky. Veronica came in with a smile and talked to mom the entire time in a reassuring way. Mom can be very stubborn and mean at times, and Vernoica took it with a grain of salt – laughed it off.

Mom would not take her liquid meds, and she encouraged her to take them. She has been continuously checking on Mom and making sure she has everything she needs. She has gone above and beyond. Nursing can be hard – it’s a calling and Vernoica has answered that calling with love, compassion, dedication, and determination.
