Veronica was kind, patient, knowledgeable and a very responsive and communicative care provider. She put my father at ease and was great at closed-loop communication. I am a physician (Oncologist) and have worked at several hospitals. I have rarely seen a nurse as competent and kind as Veronica.
She was always supportive and intuitive about needs. Good sense of humor. Our three grandchildren came to visit Papa. She explained the surgery and showed them the place of the incision. Middle school and high school kids were interested.
