Veronica not only cared for me, but for a number of patients, giving us warm blankets frequently, making sure to ask if we needed a snack or something to drink. She was very caring and professional. She even would let you order your lunch if the expected time was later than planned. She took time to listen to you, talk to you and gave lots of encouragement throughout during the stay. Veronica is excellent with all the values of integrity, service, passion, advocacy, responsibility and kindness.
