Veronica provided us with unbelievable compassion and care. I rarely meet someone who has found their true calling in life, but Veronica is one of these people.
My husband has an ostomy bag, due to stage 3 bladder cancer. For 3½ months, we struggled and grew more frustrated, because the bag would not adhere to his skin. We went to 3 different ostomy nurses before we encountered Veronica. She reassured us from the beginning that she would stay with us until we found a solution. She tenderly researched, asked colleagues, and used her expertise to assist and heal his weepy wounds. Our hearts and attitudes have been healed as well.

I needed special care during my post-op, and my home care nurses were unable to properly apply and maintain my ileostomy bag. I was recommended to the ER several times. We ended up at the Pavilion Wound Care, and Veronica identified and created an appliance build that worked and eased my constant struggle and frustration. Veronica provided us with unbelievable compassion and care. I rarely meet someone who has found their true calling in life, but Veronica is one of these people. Veronica is a true master, and I wish to thank her for everything she has done for me.
