From the moment Veronica stepped into my room, her calm, sweet care was like a warm comforting blanket to me. She was patient and kind when I had problems with my new colostomy bag. She never showed any hurriedness, even though she had many patients to see. She always smiled as she treated me, which is comforting. She is very special.
