As a highly experienced nurse leader overseeing all inpatient med/surg services across our organization, Vero exemplifies what it means to lead with both clinical excellence and heartfelt compassion.

She sets high standards for patient safety, quality outcomes, and professional accountability while ensuring her teams have the resources, education, and encouragement they need to thrive. Under her leadership, our med/surg services consistently demonstrate strong collaboration, engagement, and a culture rooted in best practice.
