I came into Patewood's birthplace to deliver my second child. The birth of our first was arduous and traumatic, so I had some natural fears and concerns about the second one, especially when it came to any procedures I'd received previously. Not only was Veronica able to fill in the gaps as to what happened with my first delivery, but she was so immensely supportive, informative, and honest- like a big sister or old friend. It's hard to find warmth and professionalism so strongly tied together. Even though things didn't go as planned for this delivery, I believe that her attitude and care helped make it a much more positive experience than the last. She is truly made for this job.
