A great RN thinks outside the box.Veronica has a wonderful heart full of compassion. I was getting depressed.She knew I was, and she brought in a wheelchair and told me to get in.She wanted to put a smile on my face and get me sunshine.She also went out of her way to make sure my needs were met.She was very busy, but I would have never known that.She treated me as if I was her only patient.Veronica has a great sense of humor and wonderful way of building relationships with her patients which in turn contributes to the patient feeling safe and comfortable!Veronica represents what nursing really is. She is a huge advocate for the patients.Skillful, compassion, intuitive, ability to listen, aware, service oriented, all aspects a nurse should possess.Veronica exemplifies all nursing at its excellence!
