Veronica exemplifies everything that an Extraordinary Nurse exhibits. From the moment we encountered her in the ER, she was so caring and gentle. I was in excruciating pain, but her compassion and empathy made my time better than expected. She not only has a great bedside manner, but she is an awesome nurse. She helped me undress, took my blood and administered medication and had great attention to detail when doing all these things. She continually checked on me and made me comfortable the entire time. Veronica is a caring, compassionate, professional, and kindhearted nurse!
