My nurse's voice was the first voice I heard after my 8 hour procedure. I knew I was in great hands when I heard Veronica express concern about me being properly covered. She took the time to explain my treatment plan while in recovery. She made sure that I was comfortable. She thoroughly explained things to my family as well. A few days later I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call from Veronica inquiring about my well-being at the end of her shift. Her thoughtfulness makes me want to recommend U of C to all of my family and friends.
