Veronica Sweeney, RN

Veronica was assigned to care for our father. They saw he had flatlined and she provided life-saving CPR to him. When his heart began beating again she was there to reassure him. When we visited him later we were so impressed and appreciative of how kind, patient and encouraging she was while answering all our questions. Her upbeat friendliness was comforting to our family as we came in to see him intubated for the first time. She encouraged us to call at any time day or night for an update. She cheerfully always answered our questions. She made us feel like we could trust that she would take good care of him in our absence during this scary time. We could not appreciate her more. She is so kind and should be acknowledged for not only saving our father's life but also caring for not only him but our family. We can never repay her and we hope she knows what her bedside manner and skills as a nurse mean to all she cares for.
