Veronica is a very pleasant nurse. She has explained everything to where I can understand what is going on. She has made me feel so comfortable while I was there. She has also made my wife feel comfortable as well. On a continual basis, she asked if I or my wife needed anything and to just let her know. Veronica was very pleasant, caring, kind and could even joke to put a smile on our faces. I was so pleased to see her every day. I want to recognize her for her caring and passion she showed to my family.

From the moment I got up to the floor, Veronica made me feel better. She was teasing around with me. Every time she would come to my room she took the time to explain my meds or go over the meds with me. She always took her time with me. I noticed that she was very busy, running back and forth to help her patients, so that is why I mentioned that she took the time to explain things to me. She always explained what was going on and she always had a smile on her face. When it was time for her to hand me off to the night shift nurse I noticed that she always gave a full report on my care.
