By the time I got my mother home, Veronica had called with appointments she had scheduled for my mom with the gastroenterologist and the kidney specialist all in the same week. She gave my mother A+ service from the time we walked in until we left.

Veronica even sent us emails to make sure we got all the information we needed. She followed up with a phone call to see if we needed anything else. I have been taking my parents to doctor's appointments and hospitals for years and I have never had service this good in the health care field! She's amazing! She is a kind-hearted soul and just an all-around great person to have working at Norton. There should be more people like her in life period! I thank her from the bottom of my heart!
