Vianey Rosillo has demonstrated great communication skills. She is very respectful, polite, patient, caring, and compassionate. I am a two-time traumatic brain injury survivor. Vianey would take her time and explain things over and over for me and write it down or help me write down things. This idea helped me a great deal with questions for my doctor. I am a patient on the cardiac floor and Vianey helped me a lot; she was always asking me if I needed anything, and if I was comfortable. All those things matter a lot, just like the care, compassionate, professional, respect and patience does. All this is what makes Vianey super; you are extra special.
