My experience in the Heart & Vascular Center was exemplary throughout each of my tests, office appointments, and preparatory and post-examination recovery. I was made to feel that each person really cared and was focused on my health needs.
I single out Vianney who remained on my case throughout a lengthy test day. He was "over-the-top", making him a true DAISY Nurse. His enthusiasm and optimistic energy benefitted me and the staff with whom he worked. Vianney was a truly compassionate and respectful patient advocate. I observed that he gave his full attention to each person with whom he interacted. His professional expertise in explaining various matters revealed his training, experience, and communication abilities.
