She exhibits the core value of accountability for her actions even when it may negatively impact her. Vicki loves to have fun, and family is very important to her. It is apparent to anyone who comes in contact with her. When she is training patients and families everyone knows about it, because the laughter goes throughout the halls. If I was a patient I would want her as my nurse.
