The clinical care Vicki was able to provide me thru the Power Glide IV was my first experience with this exceptional medical device. As a Breast Cancer patient I am limited to the use of only of one arm. When an IV needed to be started she came into my room- happy, with a smile and a lovely attitude and educated me on this wonderful new medical machine that she would be able to do an ultra sound on my veins to find the good one. My veins have been tortured thru the years. Cancer when I was 18 and still fighting at age 45. Once she located a "good vein", she could follow the vein to ensure that the vein could handle the meds. I also was impressed that a topical pain relief was applied to keep me comfortable. I was very impressed with Vicki and her knowledge as well as her excitement over the Power Glide system. She was so very kind and pleasant. I felt very confident in her care. The next day there was a small problem that needed to be addressed and she was there at the early hours to make things right.

Vicki was kind, caring, compassionate, genuine, and is a very special nurse. Along with that her knowledge and expertise in her field was something she was excited about her enthusiasm was contagious! Well done Vicki- You are doing a fabulous job and I was touched by your sincere care you gave me- as well as a pain free stick!
