Vicki cares about her patients and works hard to be an advocate for them and gives them the best possible care. She recently cared for a critically ill patient and was extremely beneficial in saving this patient's life. She anticipated the patient's needs and kept me informed on the patient without delay. She stayed calm throughout the patient's stay in the ER and helped the patient stay calm as well and eased his anxiety. I truly believe the patient had a good outcome because of Vicki's nursing care.
