I was having an extremely hard time in life and Vicki was there to help. She was very quick to return my calls and found a way to squeeze me into her schedule for a last-minute visit.
She made me feel comfortable and was very understanding and responsive to my needs and concerns. She worked with me and explained in detail all the different options that would be best for me.
