My mom was 90, has Alzheimer's, UTI, and Sepsis, and had MI. Vicki was kind, caring, and patient with her and the whole family. Mom passed away 4 days after she was admitted. Vicki spent about 28-30 hours doing her all and caring for the whole family. She kept Mom comfortable and explained everything to me. I am a retired nurse and had a lot of questions and wanted to know everything. She was kind and patient and explained and never talked down to me. She answered all my questions. She treated Mom with tender loving care. When she went to hospice she made sure everyone knew I was a nurse and helped keep me informed. I and my family were extremely grateful for her care and feel she deserves an award for all she did. She went above and beyond taking care of Mom and us.
