Vicki has been an outstanding nurse here on Orthopedics for many years. She has been the glue on night shift. Whenever there is an admission whether assigned to her or not, Vicki is there to help get our new patient settled in. Vicki is a highly skilled clinician. She runs charge, precepts new hires, and is the BEST resource nurse Orthopedics has. The PCTs love it when Vicki is assigned to their hall because they know they will have plenty of help with the patients. For some the lost art of preparing a patient bed, brushing teeth, or giving back rubs is a thing of the past, but not if Vicki Jenkins is your nurse! Vicki is a true patient advocate, always putting the patient first. It is always going to be a great night with Vicki as a part of the team!
