Vicki goes above and beyond for her patients and staff. Always working ways to get a new patient in to be seen, this includes same day and the next day. She always jumps through hoops to get the patients what they need, such as dressing orders completed, authorizations, or bringing them in to do extra education. Just recently, she was part of a team that saved a patient’s life. In an office setting, this is not her everyday scope, and she hasn't done anything such as this in a decade. For her staff, she is always willing to jump in when someone is out on PTO or some sort of leave, or even if the staff needs extra help. You would never hear any complaint from this nurse's mouth; she is always so positive and eager. She doesn't get nearly enough credit, and nominating her for this is the very least I could do.
