Vicki Lee has been very understanding and has a lot of patience. She has taken the time to listen and take care of my needs in a kind and timely manner. She has been gentle and caring with all the checks she's had to do. Truly a very down to earth person, she has made me feel a lot more comfortable than I did before she came in.
