In over 20 years of suffering diabetes, Vicki has to qualify in my opinion as being the most efficient nurse that ever looked after me. She is and has always been a cut above everyone that has been involved in my care. I am certainly not a person who finds it easy to talk to anyone about personal matters. Yet Vickie has never batted an eyelid when at times I will admit I must be one of the worst people to deal with. I tend to be quite stubborn at times and get agitated and tiresome when my own ideas seem as if they were being ignored. Yet Vickie always copes with me and has always sorted out with great professionalism my problems. She is forever so pleasant in character, so charmingly firm and knowledgeable and always, always only ever takes just minutes to calm me down and I take in all that she says and advises me to do. She is certainly a great credit to herself and her chosen task in life. Under her control, my life is so much better to live with and keep my diabetes under control. She is brilliant.
