Vicki is a kind and compassionate nurse who listens to her patients and is in tune with their physical and mental needs. She goes out of her way to inform patients of the resources available to them and gives them direction on how to go about acquiring the resources. With her years of experience, she has seen it all and takes on the most challenging situations, physically and mentally, within our department. The time that is required for some of the patients does not frustrate her when she knows she has a full schedule ahead of her. No patients leave until all questions have been answered and understood by the patient. She is a total team player and well-requested by the providers and coworkers in our department.
