Vickie came in on her day off (the day before Halloween) to visit the children on the unit. She spent the past few weeks making superhero capes for the unit for Halloween. She went around to each room asking each child what color cape they wanted and what designs they wanted on the back. She not only handmade over 30 capes, but she individualized them for each kid with stars, hearts, names, etc. She spent over 4 hours doing this on the unit in addition to the weeks prior preparing everything so that our kids could feel like "superheroes" and have a great Halloween.
