Vickie L Day, RN

Vickie is very thorough, and cares dearly about patients; I'd be hard-pressed to think of one example because I see Vickie going above and beyond almost daily. She is always there to help when there is an emergency. She helps other nurses who are overwhelmed and has a great personality that my patients find uplifting through hard times. Her leadership skills are unmatched, and she does it all with a pleasant demeanor. Recently, we had a critically ill patient who needed a transfer. She was by the bedside helping with procedures, helping to prepare equipment needed, and overall being a huge part of team synergy. Even talking the patient through it to make it a more human experience.
