Vickie Stowers, RN

My son was a patient for one week and we had our lovely night shift nurse Vickie for 4-5 nights. Vickie went above and beyond to take care of my son. Vickie took the initiative when it came to making sure that my son was not in pain. Vickie also made sure that I was taken care of. She brought extra blankets so that I was warm while I was sleeping. She left a note on the door asking the staff to not wake both of us up the night before surgery so that we could both be well-rested and not cranky in the morning. Vickie was understanding and very attentive to any concerns that all of the family and visitors voiced. Vickie was amazing and went above and beyond and even made sure to take care of all of us.
