We met nurse Vickie in April 2024 during our hospital stay at MMC. From the moment Vickie entered our room, K and Vickie had an instant bond. Since K's case was so unique and complex, Vickie always explained to us what the doctors were doing or had planned. The way Vickie advocates for her patients is truly remarkable!
