Vicky was nominated by a newly diagnosed diabetic patient. Vicky took the time to calm an anxious patient and her husband. Both the patient and her husband were very impressed with Vicky and the education she provided during a very busy time in the Emergency Department. Vicky did an amazing job and truly went above and beyond to ensure the patient and her husband received the care and education they needed.
