Vicky is an outstanding OR nurse who can work in any role in surgery. She is proficient as a circulator, scrub nurse, charge nurse, preceptor, and now laser safety officer (at which she helped develop our policy and procedure). Vicky is an amazing role model to her co-workers. She goes above and beyond to help the patients and the staff deliver compassionate care to their patients. She is always one of the first team members to volunteer to work or take a call for her co-workers in times of need. She is always willing to give a helping hand to anyone!

Vicky is described as "knowledgeable, helpful, trustworthy, and is "the calm during the storm"." Vicky is highly respected by her coworkers and the surgeons. She has a good rapport with everyone she comes in contact with! Vicky is an "unsung hero" who works in a challenging, often thankless environment, and yet provides exceptional care to her patients.
