I would just like to share this wonderful and most comforting experience I had with my Nurse Vicky! I had my procedure scheduled and was anxious about not knowing what to expect. Hearing different stories about pain, length of recovery, and complications is quite daunting to me as a patient. So, on the day of my procedure, my Nurse helped me feel at ease. She ensured that everything was going to be fine and that we had an amazing team that would take care of me. I believed her because I trusted her. I then felt comfortable and relaxed. After my procedure, I remember waking up feeling good. She helped me with my pain and I felt like all my worries and anxiety were gone. She was there by my side and I felt so relieved! Vicky was so gentle, kind, caring, and passionate as a person and as a nurse! I couldn’t thank her enough. This experience is now part of my core memory, a great one indeed! Thank you so much for being an amazing nurse and I know Nurse Vicky deserves to be appreciated and recognized.
