I have had the privilege of being under this young man's care. Once in the ICU and once in the ER. While in his care in ICU, he was my voice. I was not listened to about the severity of my pain and the way I was feeling. He made sure I was comfortable and spoke up for me to get my pain taken care of. Very attentive and respectful. He made sure my wife was taken care of as well during my stay. I was having hot flashes, and the a/c wasn't working for me. Victor went around looking for a cooling fan to help me and keep me comfortable. The second time was in the ER. As soon as he saw us, he remembered who we were. Once again, he took excellent care of me and the other patients. His warm and calm tone helps patients keep calm and relaxed, along with his explanation of what was happening. I sincerely appreciate his work and kindness to myself and other patients.
