Victor made a positive lasting impression during a stressful time and was truly a blessing to our entire family.
The staff during my stay were very caring about my situation. The reason for my communication is that the care team of nurses on the third floor that evening/morning/afternoon was excellent. I would like to single out Victor. Victor was exceptional in his consideration and care but especially his communication. He kept me up to date on everything that was transpiring and did so with ease, grace, and a smile. I felt like he cared so much.

My father was a patient here at Carroll and during his stay, both my mom and I were impressed and blessed by the exceptional care provided by Victor. As a nurse, it is quite distressing to not be present when a loved one is hospitalized and see for my own eyes what is happening. Victor was always willing to take the time to answer my questions and update me on my Dad's condition. Most importantly, we felt like Victor genuinely cared about my Dad and his recovery. My Dad has mentioned Victor multiple times since his discharge and comments about what a great nurse he was.
