Victor's nomination stated: "Victor is a very special person who performs his job with dedication, empathy and compassion and above all professionalism. I cannot ask for a better nurse on the night shift. He truly is a wonderful asset to the Celebration Health Hospital staff. While I have been here he has been attentive to all my needs and has kept me informed in my health care plans and goals. I will forever be grateful for his care while I was enduring a lot of pain and discomfort. He truly represents what Celebration Hospital is all about.

He would always go out of his way to get me the Popsicle flavor I liked. He kept me informed of the doctor's orders and their purpose as well as all medications, their doses and side effects. I am very happy knowing I am under the care of a great human being who is very proud of his work and the hospital he works."
