I really look at Victor as a role model. He served as a preceptor three times already and all three RN's are successful. He is one of the best nurses in NYU Langone Hospital Brooklyn. It is not because of what he knows, it is because the patients smile and love him. His patients are comfortable with him. One day, I aspire to be like him. To be one of the best and well respected.
