Victoria went above and beyond the call of duty for her patient. She saw that a patient was needing clothes and none of the family was willing or able to come to wash them. The patient was admitted for long-term antibiotic use. Victoria took home the patient's clothes out of the generosity of her heart to wash them. This just goes to show how she went above and beyond to ensure that the patient received the utmost care in order for a healing process that consisted of emotional, physical and spiritual healing.
