Victoria is exceptional. She has a great attitude and made me feel so comfortable. I was having a tough time with headaches while recovering, she stayed on top of it with ice packs and meds. She made sure when I fell asleep the other staff let me rest. I was nauseous, threw everything up, and was pretty embarrassed. She said no problem sweetheart, dialed dietary and got me some chicken broth and 7up. The little things make her an amazing nurse. She is genuine and truly cares. As day nurses are usually busy with doctors and such she never rushes.

Victoria was my nurse when I first got admitted. I was alone (covid) and very sick (sepsis) and scared. Victoria held my hand and hugged me many times, giving me encouragement. She not only made me laugh but she made me feel safe. It’s like having an extension of my own home nearby. Thank you, Victoria! We love you!

Victoria has an exceptional way of becoming part of the solution in a problem situation. My fiance was having complications after recovering from a diagnostic surgery. She was alone and scared when she was admitted to this unit. Unable to visit until the next day I met Victoria and I almost immediately felt comforted that my loved one was in her care. She was able to explain things and get her the assistance she needed at a crucial time. She feels like a family member even though there is no relation. Thank you!

I am 18 years old, and it was my first time going to the ER and getting surgery. After getting admitted, I met Victoria. She was the sweetest nurse, and I felt totally at home. Her service was excellent, she gave me big hugs, and was always encouraging. The hospital experience was a very pleasant one indeed. She always was checking in on me and made sure I was doing great. Although I only had to be here for 2 nights, I think I could have spent more time! Thank you Nurse Victoria and may God bless you! Thank you so much!!!
