I worked with Victoria for many years. She has always been a great leader and teacher; she's a great example of our vision as a hospital, but there is more; she has great integrity, works with patients with humility and empathy. She goes out of her way, regardless if she's over her head busy herself, just to help her coworkers on a daily basis. She has a clear focus and intentional with the care she provides.
Recently I was put into charge while Victoria was in triage; as usual, she made sure I knew she was readily available if I needed her - guiding me the whole time (5 hours!) in a passenger seat way that was so extremely helpful. She is a pleasure to work beside and is always touching her patients' hearts without even realizing it. Super thankful for you!
