I came into the MAU having contractions with my first baby. While everyone that took care of me was kind and helpful, Victoria stood out above all the rest. Victoria made me feel like I was a priority, and she treated me so respectfully while doing cervical exams. She took the time to ensure my consent, to make sure I was comfortable and performed the check gently. I have never had another healthcare provider go above and beyond to ensure my comfort during those checks, or any other invasive procedures I've experienced. She really comforted me throughout my entire stay in the MAU. She even checked on me before going home, way past the end of her shift! Victoria answered my questions in a way that was easy for me and my partner to understand. She was our favorite throughout my entire stay in the hospital, and I'm so grateful that she was there to support me on such a hard day. She is an incredibly kind and caring nurse and made a huge impact on my labor/delivery experience.
