Victoria was nominated by her peers, instructors, and loved ones. Hers is a bit of a come-back story, as she experienced some difficulties in her first semester. Victoria demonstrated resilience and determination to improve her own academic habits – and was able to serve as a source of encouragement and support to her classmates. A faculty member noted in her nomination that Victoria’s attitude was an inspiration to others in her class. Other stories noted her ability to lead and a consistent willingness to help.
