Victoria Fowkes, Registered Nurse - Adult

I was a patient at Colville Snibston Ward over Christmas 2024 and into the New Year. While there, one nurse stood out to me. Nurse Vicky stood out in the way that I saw her care for the other patients, her professionalism, and her great personality. Nothing was too much trouble for her; her knowledge of medication was outstanding.

Any questions I had about my care, medications, and condition, she was able to answer, and if she couldn't, then she would find out for me in a timely manner or tell me who to speak to who could answer my questions. How she interacted with other staff was great to see, and often she would still be there after her shift was over.
