Victoria Fowler, RN

She runs a huge ship with grace and excellence. Victoria collaborates with her employees to improve processes and make community care more effective and faster for our TVHS veterans. She recognizes her team's workload is far beyond most other community care depts in the VA system. She welcomes process-change ideas from her employees to better serve veterans. Victoria is kind and fair. She is always available to discuss matters, despite her many duties. She is always willing to speak with the veteran, if necessary, to ensure they understand the community care process.
