I am moved to tears by the love (yes love) Vicki Golden has for her job and us as patients. I felt like I was talking with an old friend of the family who was willing and able to sit down and teach me everything I need to know about breastfeeding. Vicki not only answered my 10 million questions, but she had patience, love, kindness, knowledge, and what seemed to be joy to answer each question. Vicki is a pure gem. Besides my mom, I have never met someone so dedicated to making patients feel welcomed, important, and in good care. I am so grateful to LCMH for Vicki.
