I was nervous and scared. Tori was able to calm me down and answer my questions. I felt an instant connection with Tori. When she said goodbye, I was sad. When she returned, I was overwhelmed with excitement and wanted to cry because it was like seeing a family member. Anytime she entered the room, she ensured I was doing well and assisted with my needs. When I had to have a C-section, Tori guided us with comfort and laughter. Tori was my "spirit guide". Wow! I'm a type A personality and I did everything possible to prepare for my stay. Tori helped me "actually" understand how to do this, which is vital. She made me instantly comfortable, kept me motivated, eased my fears when things got scary, and was a constant advocate. She was proactive for me.
