This letter is to express my appreciation to Victoria Hafner for her professionalism and courtesy displayed during my recovery under the care of the Med-Surg unit for 3 days. Victoria was exceptional in attending to my continuous needs and demonstrated them daily. Other staff were aware of my condition and needs. Victoria's outward leadership ability inspired others to follow and ensured that the entire team played a part in my overall recovery. She made sure that the overall goal of the staff was accomplished by demonstrating superior interaction with me, the patient. Victoria's creativity and professional performance was the key factor in my speedy recovery. She is a true Professional Hero. An individual that can do it all.
