Victoria truly loves what she does and calms you through some of the scariest times.
Victoria was my nurse during the delivery of my daughter, and I cannot say enough about the compassionate care she provided not only my husband but also our newest addition and myself. She has been through so many deliveries with my family so I can honestly say that this is her all the time, she truly loves what she does and calms you through some of the scariest times.
During my first delivery in 2019 she was my postpartum nurse and I had a lot of fear and anxiety because of some complications that occurred from giving birth and she never once stopped encouraging me and ensuring me that she would be there for me and make sure that I was taken care of.
She remembered that when I delivered my second child and truly went above and beyond in calming my fears, thinking outside of the box with the positioning of my legs and remaining so calm during my daughter’s shoulder dystocia. I never even realized how scary that situation was because she calmed me and quickly assisted the physician in doing what was needed to get her out safely. Because of her and the healthcare team, my daughter had no complications after delivery and her shoulder was fine. I truly believe that her outcome could have been different if we did not have the quick thinking of Victoria and the medical team around her to help ensure the safest outcome possible. Some people may say that Victoria is just doing her job, but her actions exceed any nurse I’ve ever had. As a nurse myself, she encourages me to be a more compassionate individual all around. I can truly say that I will forever remember her kindness, friendship, compassion, and competency in her field that truly has the ability to make a scary situation into a positive situation.
