Victoria Knighton, RN

It is with great pleasure that I nominate Victoria for the DAISY Award for extraordinary nurses!! She is a great teacher and is incredibly patient. I remember when I first started working at NorthShore; she would frequently check in on me during post-op removals and would assist me through feedback and tips to remove post-ops more easily - and she checks in on all staff and all people. Victoria is also a very sweet/kind nurse and colleague. She genuinely tries to make an effort to know people; it is such a pleasure to work with her. Victoria works incredibly hard for the patients. She answers all questions and makes patients feel comfortable and welcomed in all instances of patient encounters - she is compassionate and warm. While Victoria is an incredible nurse, she is also a wonderful teacher, mentor, and colleague. Thank you for all that you do each and every day!
